I. Working principle of the instrument:

Automatic Image Measuring Instrument Working Principle: The measured workpiece (placed on the workbench) is illuminated by LED surface light or contour light (in the base), and then the image of the measured part is taken by the zoom objective lens and color CCD camera housing, and then transmitted to the computer and monitor through the S-terminal, and then the video crosshairs produced by the software on the monitor are used as the reference for aiming and measuring, and then the optical ruler is moved in the X and Y directions by the workbench. The optical ruler is driven by the working table to move in the X, Y direction to take the coordinate values of each point in space, and then transferred from the adapter card to the computer to carry out programmed automatic geometrical operation on the measured coordinate values to complete the automatic measurement of all kinds of data and the automatic data acquisition work.

It is suitable for the inspection and design development of aircraft anisotropic parts, military small parts, cell phone parts, new energy batteries, PCB, FPC, LCD panels, molds and precision hardware.
